Shipping & returns
Returns or exchanges on item can be made only within 30 days of in-store purchase or shipment for refund, no exceptions. Special orders not listed in our catalogs or our website are not returnable or refundable. All undergarments, tights, and makeup are final sale due to the fact that they are intimate or sanitary goods. Also, books, last change sale items, and custom items are final sale unless defective. Only shoes in new condition can be returned or exchanged. No pointe or ballet shoes with any ribbon or elastic attached can be returned. Please always show your teachers your new shoes before sewing and breaking them in. All refunds are for merchandise only.
Please allow 1-7 business days for processing of your refund. To complete your return, The Batterie must see a receipt or proof of purchase.
Currently The Batterie does not offer shipping. Please pick up items purchased online at our store located at 3809 Dayton Blvd.
